  • 2 cups raw nuts
  • 4 coconut date rolls
  • finely chopped nuts

Preparation & Directions

Grind up the nuts in a high power blender.  Dump into a bowl and knead the date coconut rolls into the pasty nut flour.  Roll into little balls & roll in crushed nuts.  Refrigerate or freeze.  (You can also roll them in sesame seeds, shredded coconut, or brewers yeast.)
