Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oregano
- 3 TBLS parmesan cheese
- 1 TBLS parsley
- brown rice noodles
Preparation & Directions
Start water boiling for noodles. Saute onion and garlic in small amount of olive oil. Add turkey and cook until browned. Add tomatoes, sauce, salt, oregano, cheese and parsley. Cook on simmer for 15 minutes. Serve over noodles.

Hey, I tried this spagetti and it was de-licious! I did throw the tomatoes in the Vitamix, cuz I am not a fan of big chunks of tomato and it made it more saucey and less chucnky… it was even more delicious the next day for left overs! It’s a keeper in my book!
Annie, great idea about blending the diced tomatoes in the Vitamix, I’m going to try that next time because Noah doesn’t like chucks in his sauce either!
