Danika's Notes
I had to post this recipe that we tried today, it turned out soooo yummy! It really does taste like strawberry lemonade…and there was no juice added at all! If your kids are weird about the color, throw in some blueberries.
Ingredients
- 1/4 C water
- 6-8 frozen strawberries
- 1 banana
- 3 chunks pineapple
- 2 small wedges of lemon with peel
- 1 carrot
- 1 C of spinach
- 2 romaine lettuce leaves
- 1 TBLS flax meal
- handful of ice
Preparation & Directions
Add everything to your blender except ice. Blend. If you are using all fresh fruit, you can add the ice before initial blending.
